About Pocono Jazz & Poetry

The place for Pocono jazz musicians, writers, and artists    

Poconojazzandpoetry is the missing musical link connecting lovers of jazz, poetry, and art to their Pocono community. Sometimes we assemble for a play or concert on the lawn of one of our beautiful resorts; other times we attend poetry readings or book discussions; and sometimes we are drawn to a local photography exhibit. Whatever the venue or cause, we yearn in this community for a place that brings it all together and allows the open expression of our musical and artistic leanings.

Created by East Stroudsburg-based writer and amateur saxophonist Deb Burke, PJ&P will keep the community up to speed on events and items of cultural interest while providing interesting, varied and original content from within the creative Pocono community.
